Ate at
Chef Morimoto's (of Iron Chef fame)
new restaurant in Philadelphia. The decor was too trendy for me, but the food was absolutely amazing and the service was excellent.
Toro tartare with caviar and wasabi,
kobe beef with seared foie gras, and
pacific oyster with truffles, were all fantastic highlights in Morimoto's
omakase (chef's choice) line-up. The celebrity chef even made an appearance at the end of the night!
